What is BSP?
Brainspotting is a type of trauma therapy developed by David Grand, PhD where a therapist helps you focus on specific eye positions that are linked to emotional of physical distress. The idea is that where you look can help access how the brain has stored an experience, allowing the body and brain to process and release unresolved trauma more naturally
