These days children suffer more and more from stress. Often, parents have a hard time providing a calm, supporting and attuned environment since they are stressed themselves. Medications treat symptoms, not the cause and it’s scary to see that this kind of “treatment” is on the rise when there are gentle, non invasive yet powerful modalities available nowadays.

Why this approach?
The modalities I use in my work with children are designed to balance the nervous system, reduce the fight/flight mechanism in order to build more resilience. This way they can release stress and tension effortlessly. It’s a bottom – up approach meaning that the change happens through the body which has an impact on the mind. Kids don’t have to talk about what is bothering them in this kind of setting.
